General Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes an agreement between Lobby Home Shpk, registered with QKR under NIPT K91322025K, headquartered at Rruga Nacionale Tiranë–Elbasan, next to TEG Shopping Center, Lundër, Tirana, Albania, and its customers. It sets forth the General Terms and Conditions governing the electronic purchase of Lobby Home products via the website www.lobbyhome.al (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).

By placing an order and making purchases electronically through the website, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. They apply to all sales made via the Lobby Home website, whether products are delivered to the customer’s specified address or collected in-store.

Lobby Home reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and will not have retroactive effect. Special products or promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, which will be published at the time of their availability.

Lobby Home is not liable for any unwanted or unverified materials that may be downloaded during navigation, nor for issues arising from the absence of antivirus, firewall, or updated browsers on the visitor’s device. Customers are responsible for using appropriate equipment and software to protect against external threats. Lobby Home may suspend, modify, or terminate online product offerings at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Violation of these Terms entitles Lobby Home to cancel an electronic purchase and revoke access to the website.

Purchase Procedure

• Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to make purchases.

• Registration is required, with accurate personal details provided. Passwords are personal and must remain confidential.

• Orders are placed through the website’s procedure and confirmed with a detailed summary including product and price.

• Lobby Home is not responsible if unauthorized persons use a customer’s login credentials.

Products and Pricing

• Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are displayed on the website.

• Availability corresponds to stock levels; Lobby Home will notify customers within 48 hours if a product is unavailable.

• Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which are borne by the customer.

• In case of pricing errors, Lobby Home will inform the customer, who may choose to proceed or cancel.

Customers may pay by:

Lobby Home uses secure systems approved by Visa and MasterCard. Customer banking data is encrypted and not stored by Lobby Home.

Delivery

• Small products are delivered within 2 days of order confirmation.

• Delivery is limited to Albania.

• Customers must inspect products upon receipt and note any damages in writing.

• Failure to comply with delivery conditions may result in loss of refund rights.

Order Cancellation and Returns

• Customers may cancel orders if Lobby Home fails to meet delivery conditions, with refunds processed within 4 days.

• Under Albanian consumer law, customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without penalty. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Privacy and Copyright

Lobby Home strictly complies with Albanian data protection laws. Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, or oppose the processing of their personal data by contacting [email protected].
